Gifts to USA - Canceling your order
Choosing gifts can often be challenging and intimidating. If you are not sure about the present you are sending, or would like to modify your order we totally understand. We have thus made it very easy to cancel your order or update it.
Cancel an un-paid order: If you have not paid for your order, canceling an order is very easy. In such cases, do not send us the payment and we will put your order on hold for 15 days. After 15 days, your order will be automatically canceled.
Cancel a paid order: If you have already remitted payment and would like to cancel your gift, please contact us by submitting a Support request. If your gift order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and remit a refund in the same way you paid for it. We regret that once your gift is shipped, the only alternative would be initiate a return as described below.
Gifts to USA - Returns
Orders placed with Gifts2America are fulfilled by some of the best vendors in the United States. In the rare case that an item delivered is defective or not up to the recipient's expectations, we suggest that the recipient follow the instructions included with the gift to initiate a return with the vendor or store directly.
This needs to be done within 7 days of receiving the gift. In most cases, the vendor will either replace the defective item or will issue a gift certificate of equivalent value for purchase of an alternate product.
At your request we will gladly assist the recipient with the return process. In order to do so please contact us within 7 days at Help@Gifts2America.com with the below information:
