1. What is Gifts2America?
Gifts2America makes it easy to order gifts for your family & friends in the United States, without the need for international shipping or payment in US dollars (when paying through ICICI Net Banking). Using our website you can choose from hundreds of popular gifts to send to your loved ones in US for occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, festivals and more.
2. What happens after I place my order? When do I need to pay?
Your gift order is processed as below: To view current status click on Order Tracking
Awaiting Payment: Within minutes of placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and payment instructions. Orders are only processed on receipt of payment.
Payment Received: On receipt of your payment, order status is updated to Payment Received. This is an acknowledgment that we have started processing your purchase and will shortly update your account with delivery tracking information. View Payment Options
Shipped: When your gift is shipped, we update your account with delivery tracking information. Order status will now be updated from Payment Received to Shipped.
Delivered: Order status is updated to Delivered when your gift is delivered.
3. What is the delivery time?
Orders are processed on receipt of payment. After payment is received, your gift may be shipped 2 to 5 days prior to the selected delivery date. We regret that Sunday and delivery on US national holidays is unavailable. View Delivery Information

5. Why do I need to register? How is my personal information used?
To view the many gifts on our site, you do not need to register. However while placing an order we need to have your contact information on file. We use this to ensure that your account is accurately credited for any payments and to contact you when needed. Gifts2America will not share this with any third parties, except when required by law. Please be aware that the name, address and delivery information you provide for shipping your gift will be shared with third parties for order fulfillment.
6. What if I do not find the gift I want to send on your web site?
At a nominal extra charge, Gifts2America can order any item on your behalf from any US based shopping site of your choice. Send us an email at Help@Gifts2America.com with the web page address of the gift you would like to send and we will quickly follow up to confirm availability and price. Please note that we are unable to place orders for items such as alcohol or tobacco. Additional restrictions apply.
